This website and the Yahweh Locker shop are operated by G3 Recruitment Ltd, trading as Yahweh Locker. G3 Recruitment Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16106820. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean G3 Recruitment Ltd trading as Yahweh Locker. “You” means a visitor to the website or a customer.
2. These terms
These terms govern your use of our website and purchases made directly from us. Please read them together with our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives to consumers.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and proportions may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and the placement of made-to-order prints or embroidery. Product photographs may include props or styling items that are not included; the product description states what is supplied.
We may update product information, correct errors or withdraw products. This does not affect an order already accepted unless we contact you and agree a lawful solution.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable UK taxes where required. Delivery charges and any optional paid services are displayed before you submit the order. We will not charge for optional extras without your express agreement.
Payment is processed by the payment providers offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when fulfilment begins if this occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the price or description contains an obvious error, delivery is unavailable or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it.
6. Made-to-order products
Some products are produced after you order. A standard Yahweh Locker design placed on a standard product is not treated as personalised merely because it is made after purchase. Where a product is genuinely customised to your individual specification, this will be stated clearly before purchase and the change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
7. Delivery
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a particular date.
8. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an eligible online order and use our voluntary 30-day returns promise. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights are not excluded or restricted.
9. Third-party retailers and links
Our website may link to Amazon, social networks or other third-party websites. If you purchase on another retailer’s website, your contract is with that retailer and its terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, although this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The Yahweh Locker name, branding, original designs, text, graphics, photographs and other website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the website and make reasonable personal use of its content. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it without prior written permission, except where the law permits.
Bible quotations, translations and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and notices of their respective owners.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or third parties.
12. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
If you use the website or buy goods wholly or mainly for business purposes, different legal rules may apply. Please contact us before placing a bulk or trade order so that appropriate terms can be agreed.
13. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep you informed and honour any cancellation rights that apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services or business practices. The terms in force when your order was accepted will normally apply to that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
